sell it to me and ill umm rebuild it and put it back in a car and drive it for years. but if you want to blow it up. get to old tires place them against a wall. drive the car up to the wall and stomp on it and get some new tires to

i say you dont y would you harm ur mk1 like that .....but if you have to just race it and and blow it like that if not dont add oil to it and run it!!!!!!

i didnt read every reply through this thing ...but really ...save it you may need the parts or decide to build it up later on . if u just remove and set aside u know u got a good base to recuild . if u blow it up u could ruin it indefinitly ( rod through block, something like that) oh and nitrous isnt flammable so u might not get an explosion

I wondered if people knew how old it was as well but didn't wasn't to bump it to ask but people keep posting so yeah. For a totally irrelevant opinion I don't think he should of if he did.
(rant ahead) My dad went to a party where they had set up and engine on a stand and you placed bets for $2 on how many minutes and seconds it would last. Good idea but... they started up the engine and went WOT and started the timer and everyone looked on and after 4 minutes it slowed down and so everyone started turning away as it sounded like a seize then there was a huge BANG and a rod and piston hurled through the crowd and MISSED EVERYONE. The engine picked back up and went for another 2 minutes. Heard other stories like this as well. That was a yarn I felt I needed to spin.

Donate it to Myth Busters or Time Warp and let them blow it up. I'm sure they could find ways for a catastrophic failure, and then we would all get to see the results via their high speed cameras.

I say that you need to just take it out and see how long you can drive in first at the rev limiter till she pops,,,,,, did that with an 94 s10 blazer and blew the oil pan off and the valve cover off as well but it was a blast and would do it again in a heart beat
