i got a mechanic that is willing to do it but he wants 8k

and i was reading that once the swap is done etc no matter how much you put into it you prolly wont get more than 6k for it so i would be willing to pay 8k for 1 all ready done with extra mods to it etc

and so that i wont have to w8 for the swap

are you planning to track the car? if so its better to do these things yourself because the car you buy will have been tuned to the PO's liking not yours. but check out Toyota MR2 Classifieds! you might find one there.

I am sure that I am idiot for asking but what is a MK1.5? If I had to guess it is a MK1 with a MK2 turbo engine in it.
