1988 4agze fuel management

Which is the best route to take for my 4agze? I've got 264 cams, aluminum flywheel, oversized pulleys, 40 psi injectors, and a completely blueprinted block, head, and transmission. The car is running at 2000 rpm which has something to do with the RX7 AMF unit.

I heard Greddy has a system for about 400 that will piggyback and let me modify the fuel tables.

What is the best route I should take?

You should put the stock injectors and AFM back on, your mods do not grant any additional fuel or additional fuel control.
