injectors
ok so i have got my injectors out of the car and i am now wanting to know if i can use them still theres nothing wrong with them its just something i want to no. is it ok for them to dry out or sit out side(not that i have them out side.)

yes you can but make sure to replace the orings on them, its easier now since they are out

I don't remember on the earlier MKI's but the SC car has 3 different sets of O'rings to replace. Replace those too because they are usually the source for fuel leaks when you put the car back together. Then you can get this:

While they are out and you are not going to install them for a while, might as well soak them in some fuel injector cleaner.... And then replace the O-rings as everyone mentioned above.

would it matter how long there in the cleaner for or could they sit in it for a few weeks?

I would think a week should be enough. More than that and it might turn acidic and eat the metal.
