Sears (Craftsman) sells a set of stripped (rounded) bolt removers that fit on your socket wrench--probably the handiest tool I've ever bought. They bite right into the rounded off head.
Once you get the belt off it's pretty easy to remove the compressor. But first, you need to take off the a/c hoses to get to it. It's all right there in front of you (if you can find the 4 bolts under the oil ). Good luck, and I didn't tell you this, but be carefull when you loosen the a/c hoses because any remaining freon will come out at you!

Block up the car and cut the AC belt off. All it drives is the AC.

Reach down from the top or up from the bottom and disconnect the AC clutch wire.

Then remove four bolts and the compressor will come loose from the engine. Use a wire and tie it up so it doesn't hang from the hoses.

Now you can get to the four bolts that hold the compressor mounting bracket to the block. Remove them and the bracket with it's offending stripped bolt will now be in your hands so you can work on the bench.

The bolt inside of the idle pulley must be loosened before the tension bolt can be turned.

Good luck!
