Window/Door Weatherstripping

Has anyone changed the weatherstripping on their doors/windows? Any suggestions on how to change it out easily?

The one that runs along the top of the window seems to be just sitting there, but I'm not sure about the weather stripping around the base on the window, attached to the door. Most likely there is something inside the door holding it there.

Not to thread high jack, but while we're on topic does anyone know if this weather stripping being loose could cause the window to move back and forth? It is really severe when the window is rolled part way down, but it still occurs a bit when all the way up.

I haven't attempted to change mine yet, but I was trying to find a site to buy it from. Impossible.
