cam id

I am ripping apart a mr2 at work and the owner wants me to swap cams from his blown up engine to his new stock engine. I was wondering if there is anyway to id the cams in his old engine (which he isn't sure if they are even performance cams). They are cwc (I believe those are just blanks sold that way), and there is only one mark that is stamped into them and not cast. It's the # 577. All the other #'s and letters are cast into the cams but I can list them if needed. If no one knows from that number does anyone know the specs on stock cams (it's an 87 mr2), so I can measure up these? Thanks

Well I never got around to taking any pictures and have been extremely busy lately. However while cleaning out my storage I stumbled across these cams! The owner didn't want to use them so I got them from him. I took a quick measurement of the lobes with a digital caliper, first measuring the base circle and then the lobe (subtracting from each other to get the lift). What I came up with is roughly .326 and .318. I'm not sure what ratio your rockers or valve lash adjusters or whatever you guys call them are but I threw in a guess at 1.7" and came up with a lift of .554/.541. These are very close to the number stamped on the cams themselves (577), so possibly that's the lift?

Either way I don't want them anymore and I don't have anyway to measure duration or overlap or anything like that. Do these specs sound close to stock? Anyone want them?
