Clutch for 89 Mr2 non-sc

The clutch on my 89 is slipping somethng bad. From what I can tell the clutch has never been changed in 195k miles. The clutch petal is real soft too. No resistance.

I am goign to flush the clutch system. The fluid looks murky.

I am planning on bolt on mods of this mr2. cold air, new exhaust etc. trying to reach 120hp... Easy number from what I have read so far...

I'm worried about buying the wrong clutch. Trying to stay away from those on/off clutches. Cant stand them. Any suggestions on what I should look for?

My Google Map

89 NABT 20V more mods that I care to remember. 9lb Fidanaza flywheel, stock pressure plate and disc. Working mighty fine with 3k on system. Way too much fun!
