Not really
You don't need to replace those head bolts unless they are bad, stretched or something to that effect after visually checking them. This is hardly the case since these don't get taken out that often. That's not to say you may not run into something bad. You can also use a micrometer to check the length if you really want to. I second the new rubber washers, those things will leak to the Nth degree and make a mess. Not to mention eat up your oil.
