Warning lights

I have two warning lights coming up at seperate times. the 2nd one out from the left comes on all the time, and the cooling fan comes on every now and again, but that works fine? and have no tempgain / coolent loss.

There are some lights that come on when the alternator is dying but that is the 3 lights of death not 2. Do they come on at the same time?

the 2nd one from the left comes on all the time, a site i seen said it fog lights?, but has picture of like muffler on it, and the cool fan comes on after awhile

The foglight warning light I have no idea why you would have that come on, do you have fogs? That was only on later cars and I have never even seen it.

The cooling fan light could be the engine bay fan sensor trying to turn on the fan and then finding it doesn't work. Does the engine bay fan work? I'm assuming the front fans work if the car isn't overheating although I could be wrong.

The second one out from the left with the engine pic is the check engine light it comes on when you get an error code from the engine. The cooling fan light comes on all the time in one of my cars but that was after I put the fans on key for racing.
