The other side of the Coin. Which vehicle/owner combos hate MkI's?

The poll results, so far, show the 1000 watt gangsta tune rigs as the most detested vehicle/owner combo.

But from the perspective of which vehicle/owner combos hate Mk I's . .. . in my experience its the full size S.U.V./pickup truck combos.

They always TRY to cut me off, at every opportunity. The pity is that sometimes due to traffic, or safety considerations I have to let them get away with it. Otherwise, the instant acceleration a supercharger provides is enough to prevent them from passing.

mk1s get hated on for some reason. maybe its because they dont have the sex appeal of the mk2s. but i like them both. im actually thinking about picking one up.

What makes me Angry: SUV's & Pick Up's tailgating so close I can count the bugs on their license plates. Guess it actually kinda scares me and that makes me mad.

Best Bumper sticker: If I wanted to listen to your music I'd be in your car!
Nuff said about that, it's just plain Rude!

What makes me impatient: Blue haired, white knuckled people trying to drive their 30' Winnebago from Iowa across Colorado's mountain passes. The speed limit may be 40 but they are afraid to go over 25 and won't pull over and let people go by.

And the inevitable Road construction.

Toasting in epic bread

1000watt stereos arrrrrggghhhh turn that sh** off gansta tunes are gay. The only time it was cool was when those Indian guys played traditional music really loud down our main street bobbing their heads and swaying side to side, they did it for a laugh and it worked, props to them.

Soccer mums tailgating me can go get run over, I hate you. Also anybody tailgating me can go get fu**ed if you want to tailgate grandma to get her to hurry up go ahead but I'm already tearing through town and leaping on the brakes intermittently then planting it again tailgating me is a bad idea and really annoying + dangerous. Also people that slow down to bait me into passing then trying to outrun/race me, I smoke you everytime so stop fu**ing doing that its annoying enough you put a rotary in your van.

I feel better now It's good this poll closes it won't get bumped forever when newbies come on the forums.

I hate anyone who doesnt pay attention to motorcycles. Or respect the distance they need to stay safe.

I nearly get in an accident every 2 days here in tyler, tx. Mostly due to Soccer Moms and Blonde tennie boppers. The population here is about 110,000 jam packed into 50 square miles. Its like driving through a mine field every day.

What sucks is that one day im going to get tagged and theres nothing i can do about it.

I want a bike but the problem is the on-road costs for a younger person. I have an old 75cc dirtbike and that thing has hurt me every 2nd time I ride it. I'm not satisfied until I'm hurt. I need god mode.

thankfully my bike has only hurt my once..i was going about 120mph on straight at oakhill raceway when my brake caliper decided to fly off and into my wheel.. threw me face first into the track

found out 2 days later that whenever i had gone in for a pit that day, to get fuel and pads, my friend had used an impact on my caliper bolts and had stripped them to hell and back whenever i had run off to get a different visor for my helmet.

Thanks buddy

my rebuttal to the "1000 watt gangsta music rap".. ive got 2 12" MTX subs with about 800 watts pushin them, i very rarely listen to this "gangsta rap" i mostly listen to modern metal and i pump that bass up! nothin like a good back massage while listenin to some double bass

but yes, ther are very few good looking/well done hondas around my area and they basically all have cut springs steelies and a hack job fart can on them..

except for the integra type R that i got smoked by the other day going down the interstate

Mtone13200: because you let a Honda product pass you, a most adorable, cute kitten named : Mr. Meesey Weezy died on that day. I believe a burlap sack and cold, dark water was involved.

Shame on you.

Drop the hundred or two pounds of stereo gear, so that Honda product can't pass you next time. Or Mr. Snuggles is a goner.

Yes, a thousand times yes. The Ford Edge just seems to attract the worst most inconsiderate drivers out there.

Anyone on a cell phone period. People don't realize how quick accidents can happen. At least use a hands free... Depending on which car I am in, the cars that will cause me to rage will change. If I am in the z06 no one really bothers me, sometimes people will wave or a viper guy will give you a wave but if I am in the two then every honda, acura, gti, etc with 42 spoke wheels and the tail fin from an F-16 will try me. Good thing I am old and don't condone such behavior

The guy who gets in the passing lane and then drives slower than the traffic on the right. One of these days I'm going to run for Sherriff on the platform of putting those sons of bitches in the stockades and the county will never have seen such a landslide victory.

or having all the s**t they've "thrown away" (aka the trash in their truck beds) come flying out at you when they decide to get in front of you. ive had countless bud lite cans, mcdonalds bags and cups, dip cans (thats chewing tobacco for those who arent from the south), plastic drink bottles (filled with spit from said dip cans), and old t-shirts hit my cars.

GOD I HATE REDNECKS!!!!!.... ...i need to move back up north......
