Has anyone fitted an OEM shift knob off another Toyota model, Mazda, Honda etc?

I used a st183 celica gearknob for a while but don't know if I have pics, the leather stitching came apart in the end so I peeled it off and run it sanded smooth again on my racecar because it has the right shape.

trdusa.com has a cool looking ball knob made for the mr2 spyder...would it fit an mk1?

i have the knob out 93 pickup in my 2 and the 2 knob in the truck.

I have an 81 Celica shift knob in mine got it out of my friends car before it went to the crusher.
