What wheels should I buy?

I was wondering what wheels I should buy? I like deep dish and the wheels must still be produced and sold in the United States, no wheels directly imported from Japan and rare rims that are no longer produced.

I don't know of any sold stateside that are deep-dish, short of some custom-made units. HRE maybe? They are horrendously expensive though...

Sportmax sells nice looking deep dish wheels, very affordable as well. Most likely available thru your local Tire Rama, or equivalent dealer.

I'd suggest you consider the Japanese imported ones if you want something really nice looking that meets your other criteria. I say this from my personal experiance. Got a set of 16x7 and 16x8 staggered Volk Rays 5 spoke multi-piece GR-C wheels for $480 shipped to my door out of California where they came off a shipping container. They're 17 years old but were in good shape with no bends/cracks/curbing. Cleaned up great and were 1/4 or less for what Volk would ask for similar 17's today. They don't even offer many 16's anymore if I'm not mistaken. Tires were expensive for the 16's, but my 16's ride much better than my 17's did that I broke two of and then traded because they wouldn't run smooth on a light little MR2. Got my Volks off ebay... you can find some deals if you watch. If you bend or break one, you're screwed, yeah, but I bought brand new 17's and the next year when I broke one and was looking for a replacement there were none and the wheels were out of production. Just my 2 cents.
