to tvis or not tvis what is the oppenion
ok most of you are filmier with my http://www.mr2.com/forums/forced-ind...get-build.html on my last 4agte i did not use the tvis i just blank it out but now im wondering what if i would use it what would it help with toque or hp or would it just get in the way of boost flow and i also run no vsv in my wiring harness so how would i make it work with out the vsv (which means no ecu control over it)

Tvis is more of a bandaid to increase velocity at lower rpms, so its only going to be of use to you offboost.
A few people have swapped the smallport intake manifold with good results, and from what ive seen it flows better and maintains low end power, in not more. |

t-vis works on the requirements of vacuum.... I would dispose of it. Either properly close up the t-vis plate or swap to a smallport head.
