High hp mr2 4age build

I've posted this same write up on several other mr2 websites and figured I'd see if I could get any helpful advice here. First off, has anyone on here done a good turbo build (something more than just a turbo kit)? I'm really looking for advice from people that have experience with high boost cars with completely built engines. Most people on the other forums just gave me their opinions (mostly negative) and no factual knowledge. So I will appreciate any help i can get. Thank you

My brother and I are currently working on turbocharging our 89 n/a mr2. We are going to build it for a drag/road race car. We have most of the internals for the build, and are waiting to get money out of one of our other cars to finish it.
Here's what we already have sitting at home waiting to be put in:
-Arias pistons
-Pauter rods
-ARP head and main studs
-HKS camshafts (256 intake, 264 exhaust)
-HKS adjustable slide cam pulleys
-HKS fine tune timing belt
-TRD metal head gasket
-ACL performance engine bearing
-Thrust washers
-Supertech valve train
-gze crank
-low mileage gze tranny

The turbo that we are thinking about is a twin scroll gt35 and near max it out. The ecu that we will probably use is a plug-n-play megasquirt, and we might try to program that with nos to help spool the turbo to help compensate the low displacement of the engine.
The horse power range we want is somewhere between 5-600, that is if everything can handle that much. What size fuel injectors and what size fuel pump should I need for that much?
I've been told that the block might want to crack at that hp range, can I just sleeve the cylinders and cross off that problem? or is there more to it?
What is the max hp that the tranny can hold before it decides to say goodbye? And how about the axles and crank?

Any other suggestions or anything will be greatly appreciated as well.
Thank you for the help.
-Garrett

well the word is nitrous first of all...

the mr2 isnt a drag car, and I take it from what i read on the forum they dont usually top 300 hp. The NA trans and axles arent SUPER high handling, and the sc axles arent that much better i take

600whp stock block has been done.

Id like to see a 500whp mr2, but as said the transmission/axles and more so the lack of space for a decent size tire will be interesting hurdles.

depends on what transmission you have..... the e51 is quite robust and shares many parts of the turbo 2nd gen transmission internals... the C series... not so much.

finding an E series, and axles, may be the bigger problem.

I'm buying a jdm tranny from a 4agze and it comes with a factory lsd. Do you know what series this would be or how to tell?
Thank you

If what you want is massive power, have you looked at converting it to 3s-gte or even a v6? just a thought, i don't know if you have to use 4a for class requirement etc..
