front suspension problem??? and part reccomendations

for some reason when i am going very slow say 10 mph the steering wheel wobbles a good bit but goes away after i speed up. i am a little unfamiliar with what suspension components are on these cars. i have had to do very little maintenance to mine. i havent found any bubbles in the tires. any ideas??? i was planning on replacing my struts and brake rotors any reccomendations on good parts?

Jack up each front wheel, see if you can wobble the wheel with your hands--if so, you may be able to see where the play is. Could be no more than loose lugnuts, which would be very dangerous. A whole lot of those front-end parts can wear out with miles, the bushings are rubber and will break down over time. If you replace any of the suspension parts, you'll need to re-check your alignment, which may fix your problem.
