Short Shifter ?

So I'm interested in buying a short shifter for my 87 Mk1, but i don't know with witch setup to go with.

Here's basically what I'm looking @

So I got #1 and I'm leaning towards #3,4,6. I heard the 93+ which is found on Twos r us tends to lean to right which makes 5th and reverse difficult. Heard the B&M replica "Fidanza" is so short you cant use a boot. Have any of you guys tried any of these yet and what have been your experiences?

You can also cut and re weld the shift arm for an even better short shifter. Yellowjacket has the setup as does mcm94503.

Put it in vice and cut it?

i got the obx one off ebay i'm rubbed on the cable for a bit but it's fine oh i have turbo mk2 if that help's

I have all of those and went with the TRD. the B&M is just to low and makes shifting very hard.
