How can I remove the eyelets from the front bumper?

My eyelets are cracked and need to be replaced. I've found a pair in good condition without the mounting screws, is it is to take the mounting screws from the old eyelets and fit them to the new ones or are the mounting screws moulded into the eyelets?

there are 3 screws. well actually 2 regular screw and a plastic one that's a pita to remove.put the headlight up and use a stubby phillips to remove the screws.
