Ignition switch "warning" ? (What is it?)
Can somebody tell me what the heck the "warning" is? Horn, perhaps? |

Nevermind, its the buzzer that engages when you turn the key. I had mine unhooked anyhow.

if your talking about that rediculous buzzer near the driver side seatbelt, i hope everyone on the planet has. that noise is stupid annoying and you can think of removing that thing as weight reduction! ^_^

those two connectors (pictured) come out of the back of your ignition switch (key)
The buzzer itself sits under the trim, about lower-rib height (sitting) on the left side of the car behind the door. |

That was my solution, too. The only problem I have now is it's easy to leave the running lights on.
I seem to recall the car being smart and cutting the lights when you opened the door if the car was off, but now it doesn't seem to. Seeing as how the buzzer had like 8+ wires going into it, I'm thinking that may be related. |

Then you disabled it the right way... most people hack it out not knowing all those wires serve more than one function.
