![]() mr2gurl4life. I would like to see a hardtop MKII get down to 2200lbs. With an engine in it. I think my car is sexy and I would rather drive my MKI than an anal probe. ![]() |

One thing that the MK2 has on the MK1: Body lines...
No matter how hard or long I look, I just can't seem to find a single GD body line the flows through the whole car. Someone said something about cupholders... Who needs 'em? Maybe my passenger, but the driver doesn't. As far as I'm conerned, driving is another, completely seperate frmo everything else, part of life and nothing should distract you from the road ahead (stereos don't count). |

For real, who needs a cup-holder and ashtray?
For one thing, I'm too busy thinking about the drive then a drink. If I'm thirsting then I'll swing by the McDonalds or Chick-fil-A. Second, I don't allow anyone to smoke in my car. I like the fresh smell my interior has, I can't stand the smell of cigarette smell. haha |

I agree that the driver should not be bothered by eating or drinking. However, transporting food is sometimes a necessity. I'd like to be able to get my drink home so I can consume it without spilling all over my red Corbeau A4's

Mk1 is pimp. It is lighter and more nimble. It can easily be made fast if you got some cash. And a clean Mk1 is super sexy with its long and smooth body lines, yet sharp, angular edges.
It's been mistaken for a Porsche twice, once by the police. |
