From what I can tell:

Front Ball Joint - 43330-19025
Rear Ball Joint - 43330-19036

Outer Tie Rod Rear - 45046-19155
Tie Rod Adjust Tube Rear - 45465-12020
Inner Tie Rod Rear - 48709-17010

Outer Tie Rod Front - 45046-29135
Inner Tie Rod Front - 45503-19066

There are several part numbers listed for the front tie rods and I can't figure out 100% for sure which ones you need without a VIN. You can you PM me your VIN number if you like, or go with what I have. No warranty (expressed or implied ) on the validity of these part numbers. All disclaimers apply.
