FS: Parting out Red N/A 87 MR2 w/ T-tops. Trade your stuff for my parts
Item Location: Rochester NY

Update 3-14-09: The profit from the next 3 Parts of significant value I sell will go directly to mr2.com. Iv noticed that the administrators for the site have been soliciting site members to donate to maintain site costs. Iv been trying come up with a way to give something back to the site for giving me a great forum to part out nearly %100 of this car and I think this would be a great way to do just that. If you buy parts, Im pretty sure you can be credited as a donating member. But don't quote me on this.

Note: T-tops, Doors, rear window and many other great parts are still available.

Update 2-16-09: Recently I traded some some parts for a PSP. I don't know why I didn't think of this before but if any of you have anything your willing to trade, I most likely will trade you parts for it (within reason of course) if you pay for shipping.

I like tools, I like very weird and unusual stuff. I Love pro audio equipment and vintage audio equipment, art supplies, art work. Not too much into video games but I would love to have a DS and the Korg syth cart. Large amounts of disk space. Weird art movies and videos of real violence like the traces of death stuff and street brawls. Id also be willing to trade for discographys of music, but that depends what it is. I might post my own collection to give you some idea of what I would like.

Update 2-10-09: Contrary to popular belief, I am still parting out this car. Iv been doing this for a year now and when Im finished this thread will be deleted so there will be no question of whether Im done or not. please see list of sold parts.

Update. Im dropping my prices. I need to get rid of this stuff asap. shoot me some offers

Description:
Iv got a red 87 AW11 w/ T-tops that Im parting out. Everything is is available except the engine, seats, all four break caliper brackets and metal part of the rear bumper. The skin of the rear bumper IS available however. There is no A/C.

The car is basically intact except the passenger side suspension. The car slid sideways into a curb pretty hard and the front and rear passenger side wheels are noticeably bent in and under. The front more-so than the rear. Id say they're about 3-4 degrees off. However Id imagine the struts and springs are still ok. You get the point. There is also a bit of rot around the panels and what not.

Igniter/Coil?

I think these are the same for all early MR2 n/a cars. If so (I have an 85) how much shipped? I assume they are in working condition. Thanks. --Bruce

I am looking for a brake line coupler. It is the tube with female ends that brake lines connect to. There is one in the frunk a little towards the passenger side - where the brake is on its way to the front passenger brake.

if the transmission is in good shape, such as all the gear synchros are still there, and it's a manual then I might be interested.
