G.I. silvertop 20v

ok so i have the oppertunity to get a silver top 20v from a friend for a great price however i have no use for it since i have a mkII so im just wondering what someone would be willing to pay for a silvertop with around 80k miles, ecu, wiring harness, no tranny.
let me know so i can see if its worth it for me to get it.
