Manual Window Problems 87'
Item Location: Drivers side door

My drivers side manual window seems to be stripped and won't go up or down. Has anyone had this problem? I took the door panel off and noticed all the cables. I figured I wouldn't start cutting till I had replacement as I believe they are holding up the window. Looks like a real pain in the a**. Any help or suggestions would be great. I am on a low buget so quickest and cheapest fix. My window is down about 1/2" and I am in Maryland where it is getting cold.

Thnx

are you sure that it's not just the plastic crank handle that's stripped?

I am sure. When i turn the handle I can feel it almost catch at one point. I thought that and tried a vise-grip after i took the handle off. Just spun around and around
