Total Newb needs part.

I am looking for the air inlet vent (?) from I believe a first gen Toyota MR2. The large vent for the engine air inlet. Not sure what it is called, but I need one. I think someone told me the single vent style is the first gen. models.
If you have one, or know where I can score one, please let me know!!!

The air intake changed in 1987. Either will fit, but the 87+ looks a little better in most peoples' opinion.

No, either wont fit. I had a first gen (?) vent in the bumper of my car and it fell out. I also have a second gen (?) vent in my garage, but it seems to be a slight bit bigger than the one I originally had.
Here is a picture of what I need!

To the best of my understanding... The 1st Gen. vent was the single slot style (above). The 2nd Gen. vent was the duel slot style. Please correct me if I am wrong, as I am a Beretta enthusiast, not an MR2 genius.

And, can you get me that vent!?!??!

I hope no one thinks I am wasting a perfectly good MR2 part on a Chevy Beretta.

The 87+ will fit. You just need to make sure the mounting bracket comes with it.

I am really liking the style of the vent in the picture above. Although it seems to be the one that is hard to come by. Plus the 87+ seems to weigh considerably more than the earlier versions.
