W.T.B.: SC Speedometer gear unit.

On the back side of the heavy duty SC transmission, is a odd shaped couple of cylinders that the speedo cable screws into. I need that part. If you have an old SC tranny laying around that is no good anymore, the speedometer gear might be good. Paying $40.00, with cost of shipping included. Paypal capable too!

If you spent 450.00 at Toyota for that spdeo coulper someone lied to you on the price. A new from Toyota is 130.00 I think. I will check the price and will post it with a part number. Now the gear inside the transmission in a 30 tooth gear. Most Toyota Front Wheel Drive transmissions are all the same. I fixed a S/C last week because the spdeo coupler had loack up and strip the teeth off the spdeo gear inside the transmission.

here is my email if you would like to contact me. pparcell@triad.rr.com

Take care,
Phillip
