Bilstein doesn't make stuts for the MKI anymore. I had a set a long time ago and they were nice. Had Bilstein rebuild them though, and they were not the same afterwards. TRD still has a few sets of their rear struts available, and they were made by Bilstein, but you'ld have to have them shipped from Japan($$ & time), and they are not cheap. Also, no one seems to have tried them in quite some time, so don't know how well they work. |

Is the difference onl in the length of the strut body? I believe I need 85-86 ones. The part number I was tole to get for the tokico illuminas was BZ-1086. If it's not obvious this isn't actually for a MK1 MR2...

The difference is in their diameter. I believe the late model struts are bigger (wider). I don't recall if they are the same lenghts or not.
