various trim parts for 85 wanted

I'm going to be doing a partial restore on my '85 mr2 I just got, and I'm going to need some parts that are shot on mine... Hopefully they're not too rare!

The rear trim, going from the top of the car down the sides down towards the trunk, it's held in by I think 4 large screws on each side- is completely destroyed on my car. The screws have nothing to screw into, the trim is broken into various parts, etc.

Also, top/rear of the door theres this silver thing. That, and whatever its attatched to, is shot. almost nothing holding it on the car! Drives me nuts.

I'm also looking for new door/window gaskets all around- can these be purchased new or are they salvage parts?
