WANTED MAP and some advice :)
i want to replace my american MAF sensor to the japanese style MAP sensor. also i need to know if its just plug and play or if its going to require an ECU too. from what i understand ill have smellier exhaust and more power, just how i like it lol.

uh no you cannot just swap intake sensors, the ecu not designed for it. the only way to do that is to use a ems which uses map

Luni did the complete gen3 map sensor change on a gen2.
It requires a good bit of work and the gen3 ecu and the sensors for the map stuff. Most people get rid of the airflow sensor by going to standalone that uses a map semsor like oteck said |
