UPDATE! THERE IS NO GEAR OIL LEAK! I inspected the leak further and found that it is just the oil pan gasket. This is very good news considering the complexity of fixing an axel seal vs. a leaky oil pan! A blind squirrel could re-seal the oil pan, simple fix.
