1992 MR2 TTOP Black on Black
Vehicle Location: Middle TN Nashville Vehicle Price: 4000 obo Vehicle Odometer: 183,920 The car has just over 180,000 miles on it. The motor is a new rebuilt one with about 15000 miles on it. I put a new set of freeze plugs and a timing belt on it when I put the motor in. It also has a new factory radiator, alternator, cap-rotor-wires, the distributer was put on before I bought it. New oil pan and drive axel seals. She runs solid and just passed ommisions.
A couple of issues. The radio just went out on me, but it is a 10plus year old unit. There is a small tear in the driver side seat. And the passenger window will not always roll up when you roll it down. The problem is in the driver ride switch not the motor. (Driver side window works fine) It was in a fender bender so the front bumper is a little scratched and the turn signal was cracked. The headlights funtion perfectly and they move up and down just fine. Great car and super fun to drive. I hate to sell it but Ive just opened a new business and I need something with a little more hauling capacity. Serious inquiries please. Im motivated to sell so make me an offer! 615-440-8696 ***As soon as I bought this car its been on here talked about. Any issues Ive had has been discussed, check out my posts.*** |

What was the extent of the "fender bender"? Did it damage the hood, radiator, etc? Please post pics of the entire front end - both sides, front, top of front. I need to see how everything lines up - hood, light covers, fenders, bumper, molding on fenders to the doors, etc.
How bad do the t-tops leak? (the pass side seat says a lot) thanks |

I will get some pics up for you in a few minutes...no damage to the radiator, I hit a trooper just behind the driver side front tire with the front of my car at less than 20 miles an hour. I never replaced anything. The lights go up and down without a hitch.

Oh and btw, the hood was unpainted BEFORE the accident. the apparrent misalignment was not caused by the wreck either. It certainly didnt help but it took me a long time to fit the hood without getting it to hit the lights or fender. All of that happened last year. As far as the leak goes, they do a little, but its in the rear corners and it usually isnt too bad. that spot in the seat was there when I bought in 06. It does not leak in the middle of the car. the bolsters are the only thing that ever get wet. Once again usually not bad if at all. |

the hood will lay flat if you play with the rubber bumpers...the pics are from where the car was in the accident. once again the hood issue was there before the wreck. i havent really messed with it but it seems to be that taking the hood off and working with the hinges will fix the issue. Its a toyota hood NOT an after market one.
