For Sale: 91 Turbo T-top

I am having to weed out my cars. I have a baby on the way and some of this stuff has to GO.

First up is my 1991 Turbo t-top MR2. It is currently a complete shell but I have the engine and all to get it running, just no time to spend on it right now. Here's the specs:

1991 Toyota MR2 turbo
Clear title
ABS
Fog lights
Power steering
Power windows
Power locks
Power mirrors
T-top
Crimson Red in color (needs a respray)
Black interior
Cloth seats replaced torn leather when I got it
A-pillar pod (2 gauge for 52mm gauges) Satin black to match interior
Prosport 52mm Super Blue mechanical boost gauge
Prosport 52mm Super Blue electronic oil pressure gauge w/ sender
Less than 750 miles on the following:
New rear tires (fronts have over half tred left also)
New wheel bearings all the way around
New Prothane suspension bushings

Engine:
Gen2 3sgte
Compression checked (120, 121, 119, 121)
Stock side mount intercooler w/ Spal fan
HKS style blow off valve
All new seals
New plugs/plug wires
Deleted EGR
3" downpipe w/ 3" b-pipe to stock muffler location (needs muffler)

Here's the deal. Looking to get $3500 for the entire setup. I may can be talked into putting it all together if time permits... that is a big maybe though. All this is located at my house in Pearl, MS 39208. I can arrange delivery within a reasonable distance, say as far west as Dallas, west as Atlanta, south as New Orleans or Mobile, and North as possibly Nashville. Buyer pays for fuel and such though.
Price is semi-firm but reasonable offers will be entertained. I am looking to unload this quickly as I need to make room and do alot of cleanup before the baby gets here. With the car I will throw in any and all spare parts I can find. I know I have a stock clutch and oilpan or two, some spare interior parts, and a rear bumper skin. Basically anything I can find that can go with the car I will throw in for free. I can also throw in a few Side 2 Side Racing goodies like fuel line, tank to filter, and clutch line.
