1993 MR2 Turbo & Parts Car

So I just bought my MR2 recently, but my wife has brought up the idea of us buying a home with the prices in the market being reasonable for once here in FL.

First: 1993 MR2 NA w/ JDM 3sgte Swap
Blitz BOV
HKS Air Intake Adapter
Tein Coilovers with under 1k miles
Bride Racing Seats
Full Exhaust
94+ Tail Light Conversion (middle piece has crack on top right corner)
Upgraded Intercooler
Interior is in good shape
Kenwood CD player, Amp and speakers
* New Battery as of 5/13/09
* Also have a new Belt for a/c

If anyone can give me 3500 for this one they can take it. I need it gone soon. Took it for a spin yesterday and made me wish I didn't have to let it go because its a blast to drive. This has a LOT of potential to be bad@ss.

the whole interior is black. no cracked dash either. as state, interior is in pretty good shape. just missing the bottom half of steering column, which i believe i have in the parts car and driver's kick is a little messed up. other than that the panels are in great shape so is center console.

Really need to get this thing moved asap guys so I can get it out of my buddy's garage. Still have parts car too, havent heard back from the guy that said he was buying it, so would take $4000 for both if sold together. hit me up guys.

whats the mileage, and how is the turbo? Is the parts car a turbo as well, what year is it?

Chassis miles are unknown. The motor is approx. 65-70k. Turbo spools fine no smoke from exhaust or knocks or ticks. Stage 2 clutch on it too. The parts car has a Gen 2 swap as well, but is not a feasable project to put back on the road. But the motor is the only good thing about it.
