1991 MR2 Turbo Hardtop (rare), 2nd owner.

All original factory stock (no swap) chassis and engine, 83k miles, Crimson red (original paint), 5spd, ABS, charcoal black interior/cloth, cruise control, power driver/passenger mirrors, no power steering, no power locks, no power windows.

The MR2 runs great and the turbo kicks in strong.

The MR2 is located in Houston, Texas.

There are only a handful of hardtop MR2s out there, and this one is a rare Turbo Hardtop MR2 with very low miles.

This is one of the lightest MR2s you can get because it is a hardtop with crank windows and no power steering. The hardtop ensures the stiffest chassis available.

I was able to go out to meet some of the Texas MR2 people up north at Panera in the morning, but I had other pre-engagements to attend to that afternoon. Thanks for the invite.

Price reduced from 10,900 to 9,900 for a rare MR2 Hardtop since it has 82k miles now (I've been driving it around).

Thanks for the nice comment. The MR2 is still for sale in Houston, Texas for $9k. It still blows very cold a/c, 82k miles, runs great (daily driver), and is still all 100% stock.

I ran the VIN and everything sniffs out as advertised. The expansion valve and steering wheel campaigns have been completed. Dealer service history in Toyota's national database is a little sparse, but everything they list is at the dealership where the car was originally sold, so it doesn't appear to have travelled around the country.

Sure is pretty. Way too nice, and too rare a combination, to modify beyond simple bolt-ons. I hope you find a mature buyer who treats this car as well as it has been treated so far.
