'91 MR2 Turbo 5spd + MANY parts
Vehicle Location: Los Angeles
Vehicle Price: 6500 obo
Vehicle Odometer: 190 car, 80 eng

I picked up this car recently, thinking I'd have time to finish up the project. Things changed in real life for me in the past couple days and I'm about to find myself with zero time whatsoever. Unfortunately I'll have to pass this beautiful specimen of an MR2 on to someone else. Motivated seller, toss me a PM and we'll discuss a price you're happy with.

EDIT: I'd also be interested in a trade. I'd still like to have an MR2. I'd like a 91-93 Turbo, 5spd with T-Tops. Depending on condition, we can do straight up trade, or throw in a bit of cash either way. I'm willing to be forgiving on the condition of yours, since I have a large stash of extra parts to fix cosmetic problems in yours. Not looking for another project car atm.
Info on the car.

General;

- 1991 Mr2 Hardtop black/black Stripper (NA chassis) turbo swap. This means it's the lightest chassis around!
- CLEAN TITLE in hand
- 190K on the odometer/chassis (not on the motor)
- Very clean inside and out

Engine/drivetrain

- 1991 USDM 3SGTE motor and trans installed and RUNS!
- Cusco 1.5 way LSD in stock transmission (no grinds!)
- clutch still holds fine.
- Greddy/Trust SP exhaust
- K&N cone filter

Suspension

- Authentic TRD COILOVERS! (no joke here)
- ST Swaybars front and rear (swaybar reinforcement plates as well)
- H&R 20MM spacers and extended studs
- BRAND NEW NEVER INSTALLED ball joints from twosrus
- BRAND NEW INSTALLED polyurethane bushings (installed on extra set of Control arms)
- Turbo X-brace

Wheels/Brakes

- FD3S rims with Hankook RS2s (225/45/16, 245/45/16) WITH LESS THAN 1000 miles on them!
- Poterfield R4S pads (less than 2k)
- Powerslot front and Brembo OEM replacement rotors
- Goodridge SS brake lines
- ATE super blue fluid

Miscellaneous

- Twosrus reproduction floor mats
- Kenwood deck (one year old) with ipod connectivity
- 93+ shift lever from twosrus
- Aftermarket boost gauge in stock location (unknown make/model)
- Just installed RETRO solutions 5000k bixenon HID kit with HELLA H4 headlamps (look fantastic!!!)
- FD RX7 Spare tire!

That's all i can think of that is on the car as of right now, i'm sure there are a few things i have forgotten.

ON TOP OF ALL OF THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS YOU WILL ALSO BE BUYING several spare items i have for the car. i will list as many as i can (it's a literal truck load). These parts are listed on the site elsewhere seperately and I will continue to sell them until the car sells. Once the car sells I will stop ALL individual parts sales, as they are now yours, the car buyers.

Spares

- Spare 3sgte longblock!***!*!*!*!!!!!!!!!
- SPARE USDM 3sgte ecu
- Black Dash in perfect condition
- 90% complete Black interior pieces
- Driver and passenger outer door skins (perfect, no dents)
- Driver and passenger side and quarter glass
- 1991 turbo front brake calipers
- Complete AC hardlines (AFAIK, i have them all. yes spares)
- Complete coolant hardlines (read above^)
- Climate control unit (worked)
- Rear bumper cover (SMG color)
- Two engine deck lids
- AND LOTS MORE! (can't think of everything off hand)

Some of the spare parts have sold, price drop to 5500. The car itself is still 100% complete.

I don't understand why you would be willing to trade yours for another turbo car if your swap is already finished and drivable.

This makes me think there is something wrong with yours. but looking at the pictures it seems to be in pretty good shape. To tell you the truth i would just keep that one and try to finish it up. You don't really have to be in a hurry to finish it cause it is drivable right? Plus you have a good list of mods done to the car already. Just my

I'll be happy to take pics inside and out for anyone that has reservations.

I'm mainly looking for a t-top car for daily driving. This 2 is begging to be used by someone on the track, scca cone carving, etc. I just won't have the time for that.

Worst case, I end up taking off some of the mods to make it more streetable. Best case, someone is looking for a track car and would like to swap. I can drive to meet someone if needed, the car runs fine.
