Little help please - need body part cut from a shell...

I have a huge rust hole in the driver side runner of my car just under the door. I need to get this fixed or else salt and water will get inside the body of the car and eat it from the inside. I need someone who has a shell that will be willing to do a little surgery and cut a part of their car off for me, so my friend can weld it onto my car.

See picture below:

I need the blue area. The reason I need more than what the hole would seem to require, is that I can see more rust along the bottom of the runner. I have temporarily taped over the hole to prevent water and salt from getting in (it can be seen in the picture).

So what need cut is along the ridged seam on the bottom, and along the inward seam at the top. From the wheel well wall, I need the piece to be about 18" long.

I am willing to pay a reasonable price (~$30 + shipping).

I am having this welded on 2/23, so I would need it by then. My plan B is to use a piece that I have fabricated myself, looks like this (for reference):

Thanks!

Your best bet is your second option. Not to many people would cut off a peice of their car, even those selling a shell. Maybe you can find a wrecked MR2/Celica at the junk yard and get it off there. Good luck.

I assumed that I wouldn't be able to find one soon enough to do it, but I thought I would ask. I was originally going to have it welded yesterday, so I fabricated the piece shown, and now that I have this 2 week window, I thought I would ask.

I would be easier if I had a part from a car, it would blend better, and be easier to weld.

Junkyard is a possibility, but I say work the fabbed piece your self. Extra work, but very satisfying.
