Ice... on the inside of my car.

This is my second winter in my 5th car and the MR2 is the only car to have done this. Im wondering if theres anything i can do about it. Well, you know how ice and frost will form on the outside of cars? Well... it forms on the inside of mine and rarely on the outside. Any idea why this might be? I do park outside every day and night and have t-tops if that helps.

While im talking about the cold... After i just start up my car, and of course let it warm up, when i go to turn my wheels all the way in either direction while in reverse, a very loud popping and jolting sound/feeling comes from my front wheels as if theyre scraping on something or getting snagged. There is no evidence of wear from scraping though. Is this normal? Its starting to freak me out.

Im so glad im going to college in florida Near the tampa/orlando areas, in case anyone wants to let me live with them

That would only happen if there was alot of moisture inside the car....aka you have a T-Top water leak and it sits in the carpet.

Another possibility is that you're running your heater on recirc all the time. If Keeping the air selector switched over to fresh can help eliminate this problem.

easy...my moms camry did this, and my bros crx..., all you gota do , turn off the air when you are about to stop maybe a couple min before.., then switch into outside air. If that doesnt work, open the door or window for a bit or so before you leave then roll it up. Ive realized this happens in many cars, mostly smaller cars, I think its because of the moisture in the air (mostly eastern states and low land states....do you live near water that may be right it right there as well...

Dont know about the water... i live in the middle of a cornfield! I switched it to fresh air and havent gotten any ice so that must have been the problem. Thanks again!

On the other hand, does anyone know about my other questions?

The best way to eliminate this problem is to park the car inside the garage. If you dont have one then tell your buddy that has one to tell his mom she needs to park her car outside becasue your friend needs the garge.
