1991 MR2 fuel issue

The car will start bucking at about 2000 rpms.This is more noticable when going down a hill,because the rpms will drop down when applying the brakes. After giving more gas to increase the rpms, it will hesitate than smooth out.Thanks for any insite,Smoothie

It could be a vacuum leak
