Did the MK2 come with a remote?

Hey everybody, I've always wondered if my '94 turbo would have come with a keyless entry remote. Does anyone know if that was a stock item?

I believe the remote was optional. I have a 93 car with no keyless entry, but I think I have a fuse slot for one.

I'll have to check and see if my fuse box has a fuse in the slot for it. Would be nice to get one if it was just a case of the previous owner losing it.
