Twin scroll gt3071r

How much of a difference in spool vs. max power is there between a twin scroll and a single scroll gt3071r? I'm opting for a sb46 kit cause I want something in between a single gt3071r and a gt28rs in terms of spool and power. However I've read you can't hear the sb46 spool as much as my ct20b and I like it as loud as possible. So I'm wondering what a twin scroll gt3071r kit might compare to the sb46. And my guess with the larger turbine I would hear the turbo spool more, am I right? I know this seems like a stupid request but I'm all about the driving experience.
