Oil Pump Rebuildable?
Having a Beams and knowing that many of the maintenance parts will have to be imported. I wondered if the oil pump could be rebuilt, replacing the wear parts like the seals and rotor. Toyodiy shows that they have their own part numbers. This would reduce the cost to probably close to a fifth of what I was quoted to have one imported. Has anyone tried this? Is it a good idea or not?
