Would NGK R BUR9EQP T spark plugs...

Would NGK R BUR9EQP T spark plugs work in my 3sgte? I just got
some from a friend that bought them for his 13b before he did the LS1
swap.

Thanks.

From personal research I'm thinking not. The stock plugs from ngk say .032 for 3sgte by the book where as the 13b game is .056. That's twice the gap; I don't know how that plays out mechanically but I'm banking on it not firing right. I'll ask NGK a stupid question eh?

From NGK:

Hello,

Unfortunately the BUR9EQP will not be compatible with this engine. As you pointed out the gap is much too large as well as the heat range is much too cold. Also the RX-7 plugs have a longer thread reach than normal 21.5mm vs 19mm for the Toyota which could cause overheating or contact issues with the piston and or valve(s).

Regards,
