Trying to find a used screw or bolt is really doing things the hard way. Home stores are not much easier, since they do not have great metric fastener inventory. If you're going to try to find it somewhere other than a Toyota dealership or auto parts shop, at least go to a decent hardware store rather than a home store, i.e. avoid any place that sells lumber. Ace Hardware, True Value, etc usually have pretty good metric selections.
If all you need is a single fastener, it will be faster and easier to just go to your local dealership and order it. I would be happy to sell you one, but it does not always make sense to make a cross country phone call and pay shipping for nickel and dime orders. If you need a few other things at the same time it works a lot better. Now, if you are talking about the plastic screw that holds the cover onto the opener assembly, shown as 64607A in the pic below, that's a different story. The part number is 90467-05078-22. Your cost is $6.81 through us, plus shipping, and suggested retail is $8.72. ![]() |

Yes, it is. I can tell you from home that it is a bolt without checking the EPC. It's more than likely nothing special - probably 8x1.25mm, maybe 6x1.0mm, and 15-20mm long. Easy to duplicate if you don't have one on hand.
