my tranny seal broke on the passenger side (the long 2 piece axle) on the lsd gen 3 tranny. i need to replace this part but have no clue what the part number may be or if its the same as the gen 2 tranny.
can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?

Same as a Gen 2..... There is no "Gen 3" transmission.

Might pay to search on 'axle seals'. If you want OEM Lithia Toyota would have the parts on-line otherwise you could use an aftermarket oil seal.

well the tranny is the e153, but isnt the gen 3 tranny lsd and the gen 2 not?? thought that might have an impact on the size of the seals.Same as a Gen 2..... There is no "Gen 3" transmission.

nope, lsd came with gen 2 engines and its the same transmission as the ones that came equipped with the gen 3 engines
