It's all good :O) Do you have any other parts in that shade on the car?? That would prolly be the most important factor.

What's going to be more odd is that I'm deciding to make the car have 2 different appearances depending on which side you're looking at it.

The wheels are different colors on each side....

MR2personalities

I am going to give the car a good detail clean and take it out for pictures and share in the "Show Off" section later....

ps - no other shades of purple/pink anywhere else on the car.

I actually like the wheel colors, but wider rear rim sections and suspension would've been much higher on my list than candy coated wheels.

At least you aren't putting different wheels on the other side ....... that's even worse than different colors.

spinfin, i also bought some rims and ill be running 17x8 35 offset all round but my rear ill have 235/45. i wanted to ask you if you ever get that 5 mm spacers and maybe you can tell me howd it go. coz im planning on getting some spacers for my car too. thanks

not just rear. im runnning 45 series on all of em. its on 40 series you can never tell if youre running flat already coz its so thin. atleast with 45 its a bit taller walls.

He's using 215/40 17 and 245/40 17
Mazdaspeed ms01 17x8 +32 (3mm past flush) and 17x9 +28 (7mm past flush)
