'93+ na/turbo brake questions

Ok, so i know that the 93+ turbo fronts are 2 piston calipers, but what are the backs? If they are 1 piston are there any benefits of replacing the NA 1 piston rears with turbo 1 piston rears? Thanks.

Also are there any 4 piston fronts that swap fairly easily to a sw20? I heard that the s202(?) are 4 piston fronts. Thanks again.

93+ rear calipers are BIGGER but still single piston. Its def benefit. Dont know about 4 pistons unless your doing some serious racing and 4 pistons are really expensive. I would just go with 93 + brakes new rotors Good pads and call it a day.

Unless you are using your car for track days, then you don't need to upgrade the brakes at all. Just get good pads (OEM Toyota are actually very good) and high-temp DOT 4 fluid and new rotors if the old ones are below min thickness.

If you don't have the '93+ rear calipers on you will royally hork up your brake proportioning if nothing else.

No, there are no 4 piston calipers that swap easily. There are some people working on kits though.

What kind of driving are you looking to set the car up for?

As I start to get more time, I would like to start tracking the car. (not conecross). There are a few tracks in my state (Michigan) that host free days etc. and am interested in getting in on them.

My car is currently a stockish 94 that will be getting a gen 3 swap shortly.
