PN-Req: Turbo intake elbow

I've looked around and haven't found an answer. Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I think i've read that it's very common for the rubber air filter hose connecting (Directly connected) to the turbo to get messed up and needs to be replaced. Anyone have a part number for that part?

Part number is: 17882-74201 Air intake - Connector tube - At turbo

It will be approximately $40+ shipping from Carson Toyota.
