Smile PN: MR2 JDM SS door sills & solid side mldgs.

The long sought after part number for the 10th anniversary stainless steel door sills is pn# 67919-17010
The pn for the solid side mouldings in red is 52712-17050-CO and

Sweet .

Can you get JUST the stainless steel door sill, or do you have to get the other plastic pieces that connect to it as well? Not sure if there is any size/dimension differences

It has always been my understanding that the CO designation at the end of the part number referred to black, not red.

Either way...you can get those parts at Phoenix's store once it re-opens again.

I actually work in a toyota parts department. You are correct that the last two characters determine the color code, however it is not the same for all toyota models. The only reason I know the CO's are red is because that is the color i got ahold of the part number for and ordered for myself. The part # for the door sills is for the sills only not the scuff trim that it attaches to. I got a set of those for my deuce also and they did not fit over the scuff panel properly on my 94T so i had to trim the panel a little to get them to fit proper.

Straight from the 1999 Toyota MR2 Parts Book (in Japanese)

CO is Black
DO is maroon
D1 is Super Red
AO is white
BO is Light Silver
B1 is Dark Gray
EO is Gold Mica
HO is Turqoise Mica
JO is Blue
B2 is Blue Gray
FO is Yellow
GO is Dark Green Mica
J1 is Strong Blue
B3 is dark Silver
J2 is Purplish Blue

Yeah, those sill plates, you need the corresponding trim to correctly mount them, but like you said, you can trim down your existing pieces. I can get you the part number if your interested for the plastic scuff plate that goes under the stainless sill plate (not verified part number though, when i mean verified, means i haven't ordered it yet, so its a risk).

I'm curious though, have you already recieved your side mouldings? Because that would be wierd if they changed up the part numbers like that.

I had to dig mine out to see, because i never put them on and yes, my mistake you are right, the D0 is what i actually got and yes it was a maroon / dark red color. In that same book there wouldn't happen to be a number for the jdm late model spoiler would there be?

actually, I will be verifying it this monday when i go over to toyota. I will probably purchase a set and whenever i get the sill plates in that i ordered, I will look at it. But, I was given a part number today, and i looked it up in my book, and there is says...10th Anniv. Ed. right next to the part number. So, i am 90% sure this is it. After 2 tries, i gave up, but this has to be it, i was looking in the wrong spot at my book

Yes, it has the part numbers for the wings. I won't be able to look it up for you though till monday, but i think the part numbers are in this section of the board, just maybe last year. ill take a look later and see if its here, if not, you will have it monday.

94-97 = 76085-17910-CO Retail price= $330.00

98-99 = 76870-17010-CO Retail Price= $559.00

And those prices, are from 2000. So chances are, its gone up probably 10% from inflation and price hikes.
