I have a pair of authentic greddy sideskirts that were on my car...I am looking to get $450 plus shipping for them....They are still on the car and the only way they come off is if i receive a payment for them.....let me know!

My response to this:

I have been very understanding, resent my contact info and shipping info as per your request.

You agreed to US$340 shipped on February 27th and I sent payment SAME DAY.

This has been delayed over 1 week on a deal that has been made, only to end up having them for sale again for more money now because of seller negligence to find out shipping was more than they thought before finalizing a deal?

The seller should bite the bullet and keep their word, not further delay to try to get more money...especially after a week of inconsistent communication and frustration and delay.

I'm tired of waiting and I have been more than reasonable and understanding with the situation only to be shafted because of seller negligence.

A paypal resolution dispute has been opened and I will not close it unless they are shipped with a tracking number provided by tomorrow March 10th or my $340 sent back to my paypal account fab_x_@hotmail.com by tomorrow mid day.


I believe I am being fair with my demand and have avoided insulting and have maintained a fair and understanding perspective in a professional manner. Wouldn't you agree?

the sellers should had know the price of the shipping before accepted it the deal. is not the buyer fault that the seller got the quote wrong, what is wrong is for the seller to decided to posted the items back on sale and ask the buyer for more money, after the buyer already send the payment, that just the stupid thing i ever heard. i personally wouldn't buy anything from these guy, it seance that the only good thing these seller has is to give some one a headache. Hey man i hope you get your situation resolved, if you need help from paypal i can help you, because i wouldn't let these go easily. The seller should send the side skirts for what was bought for or send the buyer money back.. ASAP!!!!!!!!

Just providing evidence that is completely legit and honest and truthful.

Let's keep things calm.... Either send skirts or full refund, no more delay.

I posted this on MR2oc also in the sideskirts sale thread.

I contact you via cell a few hours ago and you told me you would call me back after handling a call on the other line.

Check your paypal please and provide any information necessary that they are requesting.

At this point you're in debt because you spent my money that I used to pay for them and you still have the items in your possession.

I appreciate you personally contacting me via phone but this has gone on too long.

I am shooting to get my refund, and if you need $340 then I will have to see these skirts at my doorstep...

It's been 19 days since I paid. No hard feelings here.

I just can't afford to have $340 of my money floating around with uncertainty anymore..

Borrow money from someone to ship them, I feel like I am a bank that has loaned money at this point...

Sadly another update:

E-mail received from PayPal this morning concerning e-check refund:

"An eCheck payment from herold ulysse was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment."

At this point I consider it theft.
