Idler Pulley Lock Nut and Bolt

If anyone has this whole assembly (pulley, bolt, and nut), please PM. I have need of it.

Does this nut on the pulley come off? I rounded it.

Yeap, it's for the A/C. Can you take a pic of it so that we are comparing apples-to-apples? Also see if the lock nut on it can screw off.

I have a new set.
It comes with pulley , dirt cover collar washer , bolt with thread tap so as to tighten the belt.
model 1990 - 1999
